This page lists the third-party service providers ("subprocessors") that Waybook Limited uses to deliver its websites, applications and services, and that may process personal information or customer content on our behalf. It supports our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We update this page when the subprocessors we use change. Removals and changes of purpose are recorded here as they happen. If you have questions about a subprocessor, contact admin@waybook.com.

Waybook does not train AI models on customer content, and our AI providers are contractually prohibited from doing so. Neither provider uses customer content to train its models, and prompts and outputs are retained by them only for abuse and safety monitoring for a limited period (currently up to 30 days) before deletion. Transcription of video uses Mux (below); other transcription runs on models hosted by Waybook and does not involve a third party.

The following services process your Waybook content only when you or your organisation connect them, and only in the way you instruct. They are governed by their own terms and privacy policies and are not Waybook subprocessors: Slack, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot, Zapier, Google Drive, Dropbox, Unsplash, Loom, and any AI tool you connect through Waybook MCP (for example Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Cursor). Dictation in the Waybook application uses your browser's speech recognition service, which may be provided by Google or Apple.
