Your processes, policies and know-how deserve more than a password. Any member can add two-factor authentication to their Waybook login using the authenticator app they already have, with backup codes so they're never locked out.
Two-factor authentication adds a second check to the Waybook login: something you know (your password) and something you have (a code from an authenticator app on your phone). Even if a password is guessed, phished or reused from another site, nobody gets into your Waybook without the device too.
Turning it on takes moments. From account settings, a member enters their password, scans the QR code with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator, and confirms the first code. Waybook then issues ten backup codes to store somewhere safe, so a lost or replaced phone never means a lost account.
Security shouldn't stop at the individual. On Pro you can enforce 2FA for every member of your team, and pair it with single sign-on and directory sync and the audit log for a complete picture of who has access and what they've done.
