Every business has its own language. Add your terms, acronyms and abbreviations to the Glossary and Waybook highlights them wherever they appear in your documents, with the definition a hover away, so nobody has to guess what an internal term means.
Internal jargon slows new starters down and causes mistakes when two teams use the same acronym for different things. The Waybook Glossary fixes that at the source. Go to Glossary in your settings, type the term, acronym or abbreviation, add a definition and save. From then on, the term is automatically highlighted wherever it appears in your steps, and anyone reading can hover to see exactly what it means, or open the Glossary to browse every saved term.
It's a small feature with an outsized effect on clarity. Definitions live in one place, so updating a term updates it everywhere, and your documentation stays readable without repeating explanations in every document. Terms are highlighted in read mode, so editors see clean text while they write.
The Core plan includes up to five glossary terms, which is enough to cover the handful of acronyms that trip people up most. Teams with a bigger vocabulary can upgrade to Pro for an unlimited glossary.
