Create a Business Playbook for your team

With Waybook, I've now gained the confidence to empower team members to take full ownership of their projects, so I can focus on exploring growth possibilities.

After processing my Business to run without me in the office and moving to Spain, I had been relying on a Dropbox version of our procedures which I was finding difficult to maintain and staff were finding it cumbersome to use. When I found Waybook I felt that someone had made a bespoke product just for me... it was perfect. We now have a system which not only is easy to use for all employees, but it has a fully automated Employee Induction which allows employees to feel part of the company from the offset and integrates the procedures into their induction over time. Not sure how I coped before Waybook!

The legal field can be intimidating. Training new and existing employees with Waybook removed this feeling. Training and finding information became a seamless process.
